The folks at Sugaholics were super helpful and great at keeping in touch. The cake turned out incredible and was just what I wanted for my best friend's 30th birthday. It arrived in perfect condition at our home!

The delivery, service, and cake were top-notch, but I’m giving it one star because that £5 discount was really just a way to get me to sign up. It linked me to this service called YCOOP without me knowing, and now I’m stuck with a £29.99 membership fee that I didn’t want. I’m currently trying to get my money back. It would be helpful if you made it clear that this isn’t just a discount; your customers are being signed up for something that ends up costing them more than what they save.

I really appreciate Sugaholics! I placed my order from Hungary, and it came out just as stunning as shown in the photos! Because of you, I got to enjoy some quality time with my daughter on her special day.

The delivery service could use some work, honestly.

My package was meant to show up yesterday between 11am and 3pm, for which I forked out an extra £15 for a special morning delivery, but it never came. I reached out around 2pm to see what was going on since I hadn’t heard a peep that day or received any email or confirmation. They read my message but didn’t bother to reply. I called at 14:55 only to find out there were delays! It’s frustrating that no one thought to send any info about these ‘delays’ even though I had already contacted them.

When I finally got someone on the phone, I got an email saying my order had just been sent out for delivery, which is totally absurd and unacceptable. If I hadn’t called to follow up, I might not have gotten my order at all!

Since they didn’t stick to the paid delivery window (11am-3pm) and I had to chase them for updates, I shot them an email asking for a £15 refund for the special delivery, but I haven’t heard back yet. The cake finally arrived at 3:50pm. It looked great and was well packed, but honestly, it wasn’t worth all the hassle of chasing down an order I placed 10 days ago, especially since we had to leave the house by 4pm to make it to the party on time.

This cake is really beautiful and it didn't break the bank! Everyone at the gathering was totally into it!
